I’m really pleased to announce the green light has been given for my next project, and it marks a long overdue return to factual movies. “More Than A Roll With A Hole” is the story of how the humble bagel transcended religious intolerance in Poland, only to be driven round the world, by a people fleeing from oppression. After all this, it has become the world’s favourite roll.
