After 18 years at Express Newspapers and having worked as a photographer and picture editor for all four titles, I’m once again a free man. I always pursued other projects during that time and I’m pleased to have the opportunity to concentrate on my features, books and commercial photography. With the take over by Reach PLC, owners of the Mirror group papers, for whom I also worked in the past and changes in the structure, it seemed the right time to go back to the future.
